Our Mission
All public funding for special education ends on the 22nd birthday, leaving countless special needs families with a brand new mountain to climb.
Our mission is to provide Illinois parents, guardians and families with consistent, ongoing assistance for highly specialized, adult day program tuition. The costs can exceed $50,000 a year per family.
Children with severe autism grow into adults with severe autism. They don’t grow out of it, they just age out of help.
Adult Autism Funding helps to fill this devastating gap.
Our number one goal is to raise and distribute funds quickly and efficiently. The need is urgent and ongoing, as all of our participants will require lifelong care.
